The H R Company assists companies by taking on the role of external Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). In this role we are able to assist our clients to plan the training and development of employees. This process may begin with a comprehensive Skills Audit.
We complete the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) for our clients which enables clients to reclaim a large portion of their Skills Development Levy (SDL). This also allows our clients to claim BEE points for the Skills Pillar.
An important service we offer companies is managing Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) funding. Companies, regardless of whether they are Levy Paying or Non Levy Paying (NLP), or whether they are SMME's or large companies, may access discretionary grant training funding from their particular SETA.
Internship funding; In-service funding; Learnership funding; Apprenticeship funding, are all examples of skills development incentive grants offered by SETA's. The H R Company assists clients to apply for funding and to monitor the funding properly, allowing companies to position their skills strategies accordingly.
Mandatory grants are accessed on behalf of clients through completion of the WSP and ATR. We have a long association with several SETA's including Foodbev SETA.
