Sue Murphy started The HR Company in 1999 with a focus on the provision of Human Resource services to the South African manufacturing, packaging, petrochemical, retail and logistics industries.
In 2015, Anthony Murphy joined the business, bringing more than 20 years of corporate human resource experience.
His involvement strengthened the company’s recruitment capability and introduced a renewed focus on building a select team of experienced recruitment consultants, as well as expanding into executive search and senior-level recruitment.
Today, The HR Company serves a diverse national client base, with the capability to recruit candidates across a wide range of business functions and organisational levels. As the business has grown, we have implemented structured recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems to ensure assignments are managed efficiently and professionally. Kerry has more than 20 years of human resources experience, having worked in human resources management roles in leading organisations such as Woolworths and Sunshine Bakery. Kerry’s management background makes her ideal at identifying talent to fulfil middle and senior management vacancies.
With over 25 years of corporate human resources experience, Kogie has worked in companies such as Unilever and NBI. Kogie excels in managing client relationships and works across management and staff vacancies.
Jenna has combined her early career passion for sales and key account management with a flair for recruitment and talent identification. Jenna's strengths are relationship management and expert delivery on her client’s job specifications and recruitment needs.
Nivasha has a background in education and administration and provides a dedicated administrative support service to the recruitment team.
